What type of programming does Aesthetic Athletics have?
Our daily workouts are designed so that the difficulty level can be increased or decreased, depending upon the individual. This makes them scalable for anyone. Daily workouts may include things such as core conditioning, rowing, sprinting, gymnastics, lifting, etc. All our workouts are designed to improve overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, and agility.
What will my first time in at Aesthetic Athletics be like?
When you walk in the door you will be greeted by one of our enthusiastic team members and then you will be given a facility tour. We will add your information into Wodify, so that you may complete a brief fitness assessment and waiver. Afterwards, you will discuss your goals with an instructor. Finally, we will walk through how to use Wodify to check in to class and view the Workout of the Day (WOD) and how to prepare for class.
Why pay a premium for a Aesthetic Athletics membership?
Unlike typical gyms, Aesthetic Athletics provides athletes with customized daily workouts that provide three unique advantages. First, you will receive 1-on-1 attention. As you move through the daily WOD, a coach will be there to motivate you and ensure that you are moving safely through the workout. Second, you will find a community of support. You will be around other athletes that will help motivate you and cheer you on and there is also a bit of friendly competition to push you to the next level. Third, no more boring workouts. Our 1-hour workouts feature a lot of different elements that will keep you from suffering from repetitive workouts. Besides all that, and more importantly, our dedicated team will work with you to help you achieve your goals safely and effectively.
What should I bring to class?
We have all the equipment you will need to have an excellent workout. Bring a yoga mat, towel and plenty of water. We suggest you use an insulated water bottle in the summer months. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude and be ready for a great workout.
How often do you recommend I come to Aesthetic Athletics?
If you're just starting up, we recommend coming 3 days a week for your first couple weeks, then build to 4. Once you're up to 4 days a week, we recommend building in 2 recovery days a week.
I’m not in very good shape… can I do workout at Aesthetic Athletics?
Whether you are young at heart, have just completed your 50th marathon, or are recovering from injury, we will help you achieve your fitness goals. One of the things that makes us so unique is our community of people from every walk of life and in every imaginable size, shape and age. Our workouts are scaled and designed so that everyone can complete them.
What's your drop-in policy?
We love having athletes from other boxes visit! Our drop in fee is $25 per day or you can purchase a T-shirt. Be sure to reserve online or call to reserve a space. If you are an existing Wodify user, you may use your existing credentials at our box. You can find our class schedule here. We hope that you enjoy the change in scenery.
