MAX DAY

CrossFit Aesthetics – CrossFit Today will be treated as a max out day due to the extreme heat. Use class time to warmup and max out any of the lifts below. Rest as much as you need between sets. You can choose to max out any or all of the lifts. Coaches will go around spot correcting and assisting, but this is NOT a technical day. Only max out lifts where competency is proficient!
